SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (Australia) 

We ship to all addresses within Australia using Australia Post. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Standard Shipping (Parcel Post): 3-6 business days
  • Express Shipping (Express Post): 1-3 business days*
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150 (Standard shipping only)

International Shipping 

We can ship to select international countries using Australia Post International services, however, this has not been set up on our website at this time. Please contact us at contact@lunarbooks.com.au if you would like to place an international order. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customs processing in the destination country.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are collected upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

Order Processing 

Orders are typically processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and booked for dispatch.

Tracking Your Order 

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, which you can use to monitor your delivery through Australia Post.

Shipping Restrictions 

Shipping restrictions that are outside of our control may occur after your purchase, and some remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times at times. If we cannot ship to your location, or there are any issues with your order we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Delivery Issues 

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@lunarbooks.com.au with your order number and tracking information. We'll work with Australia Post to locate your package.

Subscription Orders Subscription orders follow the same shipping timelines and are dispatched according to your subscription schedule. Shipping costs for subscriptions are as per our usual shipping rates, unless otherwise stated.
