REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Australian Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault or compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced, within a reasonable time frame and for no additional cost, if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. Refer to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) for further information on consumer rights.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If you feel that the product/s purchased were different to the description and/or images provided, please reach out to contact@lunarbooks.com.au to discuss the issue.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and/or defect.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@lunarbooks.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution and location. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Items sold as a pre-order or final sale may have different return conditions, and certain items may not be eligible for return once opened due to hygiene reasons. Where return conditions differ to the Return and Refund Policy, these conditions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
